Stellar Kids OT is a paediatric occupational therapy service providing early intervention support to kids aged 0-7 in Ballarat, Victoria.We are a mobile service that provides an integrative, playful and strengths-based approach to supporting your child reach their goals.
Our Services
The primary goal of occupational therapy is to enable people to participate in chosen activities of everyday life to their full potential. We use occupations/ interests as both a therapeutic tool and a goal for therapy.Occupational therapy assessment and intervention sessions are specifically designed to meet the needs of each individual child and family. We work collaboratively with families, educators and your child’s professional team to support your child’s therapeutic needs.Below are some of the areas we can support with through assessment and intervention:
Understanding and supporting your child's sensory preferences
Social participation
Emotional regulation
Self-care skills (toileting, feeding, dressing, bathing, sleep)
Play skills
Gross motor skills

Information and/or referrals to services in the community

Edwina completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Masters of Occupational Therapy at Latrobe University, Melbourne in 2015. Since then, she has worked with children of all ages in homes, schools and clinic settings.Edwina uses an integrative, developmental, play and strengths-based approach to support the children she works with.Edwina has completed additional training in the following areas:
